We do not offer online ordering as most of our products are custom made. If you would like to place an order, please give us a call, or contact us by fax or email.
This personal contact allows us to "meet" our clients and get to know them a bit. The more we know about our clients, their horses and the way they ride, the better we can help them find the gear they need.
We accept the following forms of payment: check, money order, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Payment is expected at time of shipping. In rare cases of extremely custom orders or personalized items, a down payment may be required. Saddle orders will require a down payment of half of the purchase price. Down payments may be made with any of the payment forms listed above.
We use Priority Mail, UPS and Fed Ex to ship our products. We allow our clients to specify which method they prefer. However, Priority Mail usually offers the best deal for small or lightweight items. Heavier packages are best shipped with UPS. If you have no specific shipping preference, we will compare the major shippers' prices to find the most economical way to get your gear to you.
For international shipments we use Global Priority Mail, Global Express Mail or Surface Mail, all through the U.S. Postal Service. The type of shipping used will depend on how soon you would like the package to arrive. Global Priority Mail seems to work the best. Items arrive quickly yet the cost is reasonable. If price rather than time is the major concern, Surface Mail is the most economical option.
